Addinnella?

My customers choose Addinnella because our baked goods simply taste better. I specialize in quality, made from scratch home baked goods. Addinnella bakery products have that bakery look with the home baked taste that you crave. My commitment to you is to provide a consistent superb taste every time.

Shipping, Pickup

& Delivery

Do you ship?

No. Shipping is not currently available due to South Carolina Cottage Food Law. Can I pick up my order? Yes. I provide FREE local pick-up options for customers from several locations in the Bluffton and Hilton Head, South Carolina areas. Pickup locations are determined at the time your order is placed.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery is available upon request for large event orders (minimum $200 order), for a flat fee of $25.00. I deliver within a 10 mile radius of my Bluffton, South Carolina home bakery. There is also a FREE local pickup option in Bluffton.

How do I properly

store leftover custom

cookies?

Keep cookies away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep cookies away from high humidity. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Store at room temperature in original cookie wrappers until ready to be served/consumed. If not consumed within 7-10 days, wrap in cling wrap and store in airtight freezer bags for up to 2 months. Remove cookies from the freezer, and allow them to come to room temperature (about 90 minutes) BEFORE unwrapping and consuming.

Do you sell to retail

businesses?

Yes. Effective May 12, 2022, South Carolina Cottage Food Law allows the sale of goods to retail establishments and grocery stores.

Payment

How do I place an

order?

Choose baked goods from any menu page on the web site. Prices are listed on each page. Then EMAIL ME at info@addinnella.com with: Your full name Your email address Your cell phone number Desired baked goods and quantity Desired pickup/delivery date You will receive an e-mail or call within 24-48 hours to confirm your order.

How do I pay for my

order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a PayPal invoice immediately. PayPal allows you to pay with a major credit card or through your PayPal account. Venmo payments are NOT ACCEPTED.

When is payment

due?

Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your PayPal invoice. Non-payment results in cancellation of the order. Once payment is received, your order will be scheduled for pickup/delivery, and you will receive an e-mail receipt for your order. Up front PAYMENT IN FULL is required for all orders.

What is the Lead Time

for Orders?

The lead time for custom decorated cookies and cakes is TWO WEEKS. Early pre-orders during peak popular holidays are encouraged (minimum 3-4 weeks). Large orders of 100 cookies or more will also require 3-4 weeks lead time. Click here for custom cookie pricing.

How far in advance

can I place my order?

The sooner you order, the better! It is NEVER too early to book a date for your order. Consider pre-ordering for large special events, to ensure your place on my baking calendar.

What is your Refund

Policy?

There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items. All orders are final.

free bakery?

No. I do not operate an allergen free home bakery. No. I do not operate an allergen free home bakery. Baked goods containing wheat, peanuts, soy, eggs, milk, and tree nuts may be processed in my home bakery.
