Why should I Choose Addinnella?
My customers choose Addinnella because our baked goods simply taste better. I specialize in quality, made from scratch home baked goods. Addinnella bakery products have that bakery look with the home baked taste that you crave. My commitment to you is to provide a consistent delicious product every time.
Ordering And Payment
How do I place an order?
Choose baked goods from any menu page on the web site.
EMAIL ME at info@addinnella.com with:
- Your full name
- Your email address for PayPal invoicing
- Your cell phone number
- Desired baked goods and quantity
- 2 Internet inspiration pictures and your design specifications (custom cookies/cakes)
- Desired pickup/delivery date
You will receive an e-mail or call within 24-48 hours to verify your order selections.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order is verified by email, you will receive a PayPal invoice immediately. PayPal allows you to pay with a major credit card or through your PayPal account. Venmo payments are NOT ACCEPTED.
When is my payment due?
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Non-payment results in cancellation of the invoice and order.
Once payment is received, your order is CONFIRMED, scheduled for pickup/delivery, and you will receive an e-mail receipt for your order. Up front PAYMENT IN FULL is required for all confirmed orders.
Shipping, Pickup, And Delivery
Do you ship?
No. Shipping is not currently available due to South Carolina Cottage Food Law.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. I provide FREE local pick-up options for customers from several locations in the Bluffton and Hilton Head, South Carolina areas. Pickup locations are determined at the time your order is placed.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is available upon request for a flat fee of $25. I deliver within a 10 mile radius of my Bluffton, South Carolina home bakery. There is also a FREE local pick up option in Bluffton.
Order Lead Time
What is the lead time for orders?
The lead time for custom decorated cookies is TWO WEEKS. The lead time for cakes and cupcakes is 72 hours. Early pre-orders during peak summer and popular holidays are encouraged (minimum 3-4 weeks for custom cookies). Large orders of 100 cookies or more will also require 3-4 weeks lead time.
How far in advance can I place my order?
Please consider pre-ordering as soon as you have a firm date for your celebration event. It is almost NEVER too early to book a date for your order. I can book a maximum of 6 months before your desired pickup or delivery.
Do you take rush orders?
Yes. Rush orders are orders that do not meet the minimum lead time requirement. I am sometimes able to accommodate rush orders, if I complete existing confirmed orders ahead of schedule. So, please call to check availability for a rush order slot. There is a flat fee of $25.00 for rush orders.
Nutrition And Allergen Information
Do you bake sugar free or gluten free goods?
No. I don’t at this time.
My Bakery Location
Where are you located?
Addinnella Baked Goods, LLC is an online bakery, That means there is no brick and mortar store. However, the physical location of my home based bakery is Bluffton, South Carolina.
Custom Cookie Care
How do I properly store leftover custom cookies?
- Keep cookies away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Keep cookies away from high humidity.
- DO NOT REFRIGERATE!
- Store at room temperature in original cookie wrappers until ready to be served/consumed.
- If not consumed within 2 weeks, place cookies in a freezer bag, and store the bag in a plastic airtight container in the FREEZER for up to 2 months.
- Remove cookies from the freezer, and allow them to come to room temperature in the plastic container (about 2 hours) BEFORE unwrapping and consuming.
Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items. All orders are final. In extreme extenuating circumstances, a bakery store credit may be issued subject to company discretion.
Retail Sales
Do you sell to retail businesses?
Yes. Effective May 12, 2022, South Carolina Cottage Food Law allows the sale of goods to retail establishments and grocery stores.
